Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong packaging and production experience.
• Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Experience preparing artwork for print or packaging production.
• Professional English proficiency – B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and prepare production-ready packaging cartons and retail assets.
• Create and maintain accurate design files using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Work with packaging layouts, typography, imagery, color, and content with strong attention to detail.
• Maintain and apply brand and design guidelines across multiple products.
• Create and support 2D and 3D product and packaging renderings.
• Retouch images and coordinate with external retouchers.
• Review and proofread design files before production.
• Ensure visual and color consistency across imagery, packaging, and retail materials.
• Independently manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Coordinate with photography studios and external partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams.
• Identify and resolve design or production issues proactively.
