Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an OpenShift Engineer to manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters and integrate them with enterprise systems. You will focus on health, scalability, and security to support mission-critical applications in a fully remote setup.

The role emphasizes designing and deploying production-grade OpenShift environments, automating lifecycle management, and collaborating with teams to standardize deployment patterns. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Systems Engineering.
Proven expertise in designing, deploying, and managing Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
Proficiency in managing OpenShift operators and containerized workloads.
Deep understanding of Kubernetes primitives and OCP configurations.
Strong background in integrating OpenShift with enterprise systems and third-party tools.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage production-grade Red Hat OpenShift clusters across environments.
Implement and manage OpenShift operators to automate the lifecycle of platform services.
Orchestrate containerized workloads and ensure efficient resource utilization using Kubernetes primitives.
Integrate OpenShift with enterprise systems and third-party tools to enhance platform capabilities.
Maintain and optimize OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) configurations for high availability and performance.
Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize deployment patterns and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
