Conexwest, a fast-growing shipping container company, is hiring a bookkeeping specialist to join our hands-on team. You’ll manage day-to-day accounting in NetSuite, handle A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and journal entries while keeping records accurate and organized.

Collaborating with sales and operations, you’ll support monthly close, generate reports, and tackle general accounting tasks. We value reliability, detail-orientation, team spirit, and a positive attitude as we scale our US-facing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• NetSuite experience is required (you'll be using it daily).
• Strong Excel and organizational skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-friendly.
• A positive attitude - we like good vibes around here.

Responsabilités

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping in NetSuite (A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and journal entries).
• Keep financial records accurate and organized.
• Work with sales and operations teams to make sure everything lines up.
• Help with monthly close, reports, and general accounting tasks.
• Keep an eye on details and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
