BairesDev is hiring a Mobile AI Engineer to build AI-native Android apps, turning product requirements into production with minimal hand-holding in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment. You will combine Kotlin expertise with agentic AI frameworks, work from a one-pager or PRD, and collaborate on multiple initiatives across web and backend as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• AI-native experience with multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-native Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration with LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Work independently from requirements through to production delivery.
• Dive into unfamiliar codebases and contribute across web or backend when needed.
• Contribute to net-new product development across multiple concurrent initiatives.
