You will combine Kotlin expertise with agentic AI frameworks, work from a one-pager or PRD, and collaborate on multiple initiatives across web and backend as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-native Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration with LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.

Mobile AI Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll build AI-native Android applications, working on net-new products with a product engineering mindset and minimal hand-holding. You'll go beyond AI-assisted coding into real multi-agent orchestration, working from a 1-pager or PRD through to production. This is your opportunity to shape new mobile products from the ground up, combining deep Kotlin expertise with cutting-edge agentic AI frameworks in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

• - Build AI-native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• - Implement multi-agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar open-source agent frameworks.
• - Work self-directed from product requirements through to production delivery.
• - Dive into unfamiliar codebases and contribute across web or backend when needed.
• - Contribute to net-new product development across multiple concurrent initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• - 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• - Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
