Interactive Contact Center is seeking a Video Remote Interpreter to assist non-English speakers from LATAM. This full-time, remote role offers work-from-home conditions and training is provided with no prior experience required.

Only English speakers will be considered; Spanish-only speakers will be discarded for this process. The interpreter will provide interpretation during medical processes, maintain patient confidentiality, and ensure high-quality service with healthcare providers.

Formación

• Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
• Proficient enunciation and pronunciation skills, and pleasant, professional voice.

Responsabilidades

• Precisely and accurately interpret medical information given by the provider into equivalent terminology in the patient's native language.
• Interpretation and translation of direct service to physicians and other health care providers who are seeing patients who cannot speak or understand English, when specifically required by the provider.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality by policies and standards.
• Establish and maintain quality service and positive interactions with all patients, customers, visitors, and healthcare providers.
