Illumina, Inc. is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager, LATAM, to lead scientific engagement across Spanish-speaking Latin America from Colombia or Mexico.

This remote role drives clinical evidence generation and healthcare professional education for Illumina’s clinical genomics portfolio. You will collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, and other teams to ensure compliant, high-impact scientific content and education programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Affairs, clinical research, scientific affairs, or healthcare education.
• Strong knowledge of molecular diagnostics, genomics, precision medicine, or related field.
• Ability to manage scientific projects and external collaborations.

Responsabilités

• Support medical affairs priorities across Spanish-speaking LATAM aligned with regional/global strategies.
• Identify opportunities for clinical evidence generation and investigator collaborations.
• Build and maintain scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and researchers.
• Execute regional clinical studies, investigator-initiated trials, and education initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Illumina technologies.
