Sur is seeking a Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns in a fully remote role. You will drive performance marketing across multiple accounts and budgets while collaborating with account managers and conversion specialists to improve return on ad spend.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong skills in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, and proficiency with Google Analytics and marketing tech platforms.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
• C1/C2 level English proficiency or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing technology platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify solutions.
• Experience working in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve conversions and return on ad spend.
• Analyze advertising data to identify gaps, trends, and optimization opportunities.
• Integrate campaign performance data with Google Analytics.
• Work with a variety of CRM and marketing technology platforms.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and conversion specialists in a pod structure.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
• Test new strategies, tools, and AI driven solutions to improve campaign performance.
