Huzzle is hiring a Low-Code / No-Code Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize the company’s internal systems architecture. This hands-on role focuses on connecting tools, automating workflows, and building scalable infrastructure to enable rapid growth.

You’ll design multi-step automations with Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, and API integrations, while structuring Notion as a knowledge base and workflow hub. This is a fully remote, independent contractor position with global placements.

Formación

• Hands-on expertise in Google Sheets with advanced formulas and automation logic.
• Experience building multi-step automations using Zapier and/or Make.
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Experience structuring Notion for operational clarity and scalability.
• AI-native mindset with building workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow with the company.
• Ownership-driven and proactive — build systems without step-by-step instructions.
• Strong problem-solving ability focused on efficiency and scalability.
• Experience designing full-stack operational systems in early-stage companies.
• Background in revenue operations, growth automation, or internal tooling.
• Experience connecting CRM, marketing, and fulfillment systems via automation.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain Google Sheets systems for tracking, reporting, and automation.
• Build and manage multi-step automations using Zapier and/or Make.
• Implement and troubleshoot API integrations, webhooks, and tool connections.
• Structure and optimize Notion as an internal knowledge base and workflow hub.
• Create and refine AI-powered workflows using tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively build automation solutions.
• Document systems and processes to ensure scalability and long-term usability.
