Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Logistics Associate in Bogota who will support a high-profile customer operation and help ensure efficient transportation activities across Colombia. You will work with internal stakeholders to manage shipments, resolve operational issues, and contribute to service quality and business performance.

The role emphasizes learning, results delivery, and career growth in logistics. Experience in transportation operations and knowledge of vehicle types and planning processes

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily transportation operations for shipments.
• Book loads in Transportation Management System and monitor team mailboxes.
• Respond to customer requests and schedule deliveries.
• Follow SOPs and update processes as gaps are identified.
• Prepare and distribute reports to internal/external stakeholders.
• Support CHR projects within the project-based delivery model.
