• 8+ years in data engineering with leadership experience.
• Proven ownership of large-scale data platforms and migrations.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake, Azure Databricks, DBT, and Python.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor data engineers, set technical direction and review code.
• Own end-to-end architecture and delivery of scalable data platforms.
• Define data migration strategies from Snowflake/SSIS to Azure Databricks and DBT.
• Oversee data pipelines, models, Terraform infra, CI/CD, and platform stability.
