Tether Ltd. is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the Keet engine team in coordinating cross‑functional work and keeping priorities visible across time zones.

This fully remote role offers exposure to a deeply technical, open‑source environment and a chance to grow into technical project or product management. You’ll partner with senior engineers, convert priorities into clear plans, and help ensure releases stay on track while learning rapidly in a globally distributed, async‑first

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role (internships and open‑source involvement count)
• Excellent written English communication; you can explain technical progress clearly and concisely
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow‑through
• Comfortable working with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly
• Experience with issue trackers and project tools (e.g. GitHub Issues/Projects, Jira, Linear)
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fully remote, async‑first team

Responsabilidades

• Track engine work across sprints and releases, keeping issues, milestones, and roadmaps current
• Run or support stand‑ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives across time zones (mostly async)
• Coordinate between the engine team, Keet app/UI developers, and QA so dependencies are visible early
• Write clear status updates, release notes, and meeting summaries
• Help triage bug reports and user feedback, and route them to the right engineers
• Spot risks and blockers early and help the team resolve them
• Keep internal documentation and processes tidy and easy to follow
