Emapta Global is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology transformations for a property and casualty insurer. You will align leaders, vendors, budgets, and priorities to deliver secure, high-impact solutions that meet business objectives.

You will manage cross-functional teams, drive SDLC, apply Agile/Waterfall/hybrid delivery, and report to executives. Remote work, 5-day weeks, and international exposure are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Management, Business Administration, Project Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex technology, software, infrastructure, systems implementation, and business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with diverse stakeholders and timelines.
• Experience translating objectives into actionable project outcomes with technical and business teams.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong skills in developing project plans, budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and executive status reports.
• Knowledge of SDLC and applying Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Planner, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint or equivalents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from intake to post-project review.
• Governing charters, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks and executive reports.
• Collaborate with leaders to define objectives, requirements, priorities, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business, vendors and consultants.
• Identify, assess, mitigate risks, scope changes and delivery obstacles.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, invoices, and forecasted expenditures.
• Communicate status, milestones, decisions and next steps to executives.
• Support implementation of applications, integrations, cloud services, cybersecurity and data platforms.
• Lead change and training programs to drive adoption and user readiness.
• Improve PM standards, governance, templates and reporting.
