The International Rescue Committee in Bogotá seeks an IT Program Manager - Business Analyst (PM‑BA) for GIS and Infrastructure. Lead cross‑functional delivery, coordinate Agile activities, and ensure clear requirements and governance across security, IAM, and infrastructure streams.
You will balance stakeholder needs with project maturity, maintain RAID logs, and support UAT and dashboards for real‑time portfolio health, with flexible remote work and overlap to US Eastern Time for global
Formación
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3–6 years of PM/BA experience in IT or tech environments.
- Experience with GIS/Infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Experience in international NGOs or global humanitarian organisations preferred.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate and support GIS/Infrastructure initiatives; maintain project tracking and RAID logs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery across cross‑functional teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements; translate to user stories and specs.
- Support UAT validation and ensure audit readiness and governance compliance.
- Maintain documentation standards and dashboards for portfolio health.
