YO AI Labs is seeking an Investment Banking Expert for a remote contractor role. You will contribute to financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research to support AI training and real-world financial analysis.

The project requires hands-on experience in live acquisition or sale processes, strong Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. You will work with senior professionals to ensure accuracy and clear explanations of complex financial concepts.

Formación

• Experience as a Senior Associate or VP in M&A, investment banking, or industry coverage.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
• Strong expertise in Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with company research, target screening, comparable company analysis, and pitchbook preparation.
• Ability to review and improve analytical and client-facing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
• Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.
• Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
• Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
• Analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies.
• Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and transaction sensitivities.
• Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.
