Dev.Pro, a US-based outsourced software development company operating as remote-first, seeks an Intermediate Business Analyst to bridge business needs and engineering for integration-focused solutions within a large-scale payments platform. You’ll work with Product Managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into clear technical specs.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Experience translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, backend systems, and data flows.
• Experience documenting API specifications, integration requirements, and data mappings.
• Knowledge of BA methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience creating workflow diagrams and technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders.
• Translate high-level business needs into epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Document and maintain API specifications, integration requirements, data mappings, and validation rules.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and end-to-end workflow diagrams.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clear and technically feasible.
• Proactively identify gaps, resolve ambiguities, and drive clarity across stakeholders.
