Cooper Roofing Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Google Ads, SEO & Growth) to lead paid and organic search strategy from a remote location. You will own campaigns, attribution, and a scalable customer-acquisition system, reporting to the Founder and CEO.

Strong overlap with Vancouver hours is required. The role focuses on measurable growth for a service-based roofing business, with data-driven optimization across ads, SEO, and analytics.

Formación

• Proven ability to independently manage and optimize Google Ads.
• Strong SEO knowledge across technical, on-page, local and off-page aspects.
• Track record of generating leads and revenue for a service-based business.
• Deep understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, and revenue attribution.
• Experience with conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize Google Ads with historical campaign data.
• Lead technical, on-page, local, and off-page SEO strategies.
• Oversee Google Local Services Ads and Meta Ads where appropriate.
• Improve landing-page conversion rates through testing and optimization.
• Coordinate GoHighLevel tracking, UTMs, and nurture sequences.
• Maintain attribution between marketing spend, leads, and revenue.
• Own Google Business Profile optimization and local reputation strategy.
• Conduct competitor analysis across ads, SEO, offers and positioning.
• Develop seasonal lead-generation campaigns for roofing demand cycles.
• Provide SEO and development direction to the web team.
• Direct the Social Media Manager to support overall strategy.
• Produce weekly marketing performance reports linked to business results.
• Present results and propose next steps to the CEO.
