Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Generative AI Engineer to own and ship the internal automation roadmap. This is a builder role focused on production systems over research, collaborating with engineering and delivery leadership to turn roadmaps into shipped automation workflows.

You will work on agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and integrate with OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, building tools that connect WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace and internal CMS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar agent frameworks.
• Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use, streaming).

Responsibilities

• Build agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent frameworks.
• Integrate with OpenAI and Anthropic APIs including tool use and function calling.
• Create internal tools to reduce manual hours across design and development workflows.
