Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking an experienced full-stack engineer to build and operate production-grade web applications with a strong focus on Azure and AI-enabled features. The role spans backend services, frontend portals, and dashboards, with production readiness for real users.

You will integrate AI models, ensure security, and maintain reliable, well-documented systems. You bring 3–5 years of experience across frontend and backend, solid TypeScript/Node.js/React skills, Python for AI services,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience building and running production web applications across both backend and frontend.
• At least 2 years of experience building and running applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and React skills, with working knowledge of Python for AI/ML services.
• Experience designing and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching, and queues.
• Familiarity with real-time or event-driven systems, including WebSockets, streaming, and messaging queues.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, including LLM providers.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bicep or Terraform.
• Good testing, monitoring, debugging, and code review practices.
• A track record of turning prototypes or AI-generated code into stable production applications by addressing security gaps, weak error handling, and missing tests.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, and the ability to review, validate, and correct their output.
• Professional written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Based in Colombia or Mexico, with the right to work in that country.

Responsibilities

• Build APIs and backend services with clear boundaries and tests.
• Develop frontend portals, dashboards, and admin screens.
• Take prototypes to production and prep for real users.
• Integrate AI services and real-time features.
• Run Azure-based infrastructure with IaC and CI/CD.
• Create integrations with CRMs and ticketing tools.
• Maintain reliability with logging, metrics, tracing, and alerts.
• Protect data with authentication and multi-tenant isolation.
• Document solutions and maintain technical docs.
