Job summary

Resolv Global is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and run production apps on Microsoft Azure. You’ll turn prototypes and AI-assisted builds into secure, scalable systems, collaborating with AI/ML engineers, PMs, CX designers, and operations teams.

You’ll develop APIs and frontend portals, deploy across dev/staging/production, integrate AI services, and ensure reliability and data protection while documenting solutions for the team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience building and running production web applications across backend and frontend.
• At least 2 years building and running applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and React skills with Python for AI/ML services.
• Experience designing and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching, and queues.
• Familiarity with real-time or event-driven systems (WebSockets, streaming, queues).
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, including LLM providers.
• CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools (Bicep or Terraform).
• Good testing, monitoring, debugging, and code review practices.
• Track record turning prototypes/AI-generated code into stable production apps with security and tests.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
• Professional written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Based in Colombia or Mexico with right to work in-country.

Responsibilities

• Build backend services: Develop APIs and services with tests and code review.
• Build frontend applications: Create portals, internal consoles, admin screens, dashboards.
• Take prototypes to production: Review AI-generated code and prepare for real users.
• Integrate AI services: Connect AI models and real-time features.
• Run applications on Azure: Manage infrastructure as code and CI/CD across environments.
• Connect third-party systems: Build integrations with CRMs and ticketing tools.
• Maintain reliability and observability: Implement logging, metrics, tracing, alerts, on-call rotation.
• Protect data: Implement authentication, multi-tenant isolation, secrets management.
• Document solutions: Maintain clear technical documentation for engineers.
