World Business Lenders (WBL) is seeking a remote FP&A Team Lead to own a defined area of the FP&A function, lead Analysts, and ensure high-quality forecasts and management reporting.

The role focuses on Corporate Planning & Performance and Portfolio & Capital, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, three-statement forecasting, and liquidity forecasting. Strong Excel modeling, leadership, and remote collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Progressive FP&A experience with financial modeling and reporting.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate analysts remotely.
• Strong understanding of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Experience building a three-statement model from scratch in Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day FP&A analysts, review work, and provide coaching.
• Own recurring models, forecasts, and reporting within the area.
• Ensure accuracy and transparency of outputs with source data.
• Analyze results, identify drivers, and explain to stakeholders.
• Lead scenario and sensitivity analyses for decision-support.
• Coordinate inputs with Accounting and Operations to improve reporting.
