Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support a remote, worldwide project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. The role involves evaluating AI-generated outputs, annotating financial data, and improving model accuracy while ensuring high-quality month-end close and reporting.

Required experience includes AI training or human data evaluation and strong accounting skills across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting or FP&A with accounting responsibilities.
• Fluent English communication (B2 level or above).
• Experience with AI training or data evaluation is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and journal entries.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
