Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support AI training and evaluation across accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP integrations. This remote role allows worldwide collaboration and flexible scheduling.

You will review AI-produced journal entries, statements, and month-end workpapers, provide corrective feedback, and help optimize NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365 workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday or similar systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• Familiarity with BlackLine, Bill.com, Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and appropriate journal treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Support transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
