Job summary

BairesDev is hiring an ETL Engineer to join our Development team and work on diverse projects with global teams. You will design, implement and maintain ETL solutions, optimizing heavy data jobs and ensuring robust SQL database objects across business domains.

We value proactive team players, strong SQL and Python skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in CS. This role offers a 100% remote model, flexible hours, and competitive compensation in USD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ETL Solutions development and expertise in designing and implementing Relational Database models per business needs.
• Experience in Database Development, Design, Analysis, Support in Development, Testing, and Production Environments with various business domains.
• Python experience is a big plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop (enhancements and maintenance) new ETL Solutions.
• Improve slow-running jobs with redesign and better ETL processes to meet business needs.
• Support the team to design, model, develop, and maintain existing and new SQL database objects required for all business solutions.
