N-iX is seeking a DataOps Engineer to lead modernization of a regional data platform for LATAM fintech, leveraging Terraform on GCP, Datastream, Cloud Run, GCS, and CI/CD with GitHub Actions.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Product to deliver scalable data delivery and ML model deployment across 8 countries, while mentoring teams and ensuring governance and cost efficiency. Fluency in English and Spanish is valued.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, DataOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles with a focus on Terraform and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proven track record implementing CI/CD pipelines for data engineering code (dbt, SQL, Snowflake) using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Experience packaging and serving ML models as production-ready microservices/APIs (Python, FastAPI, Docker).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation and orchestration.
• Solid cloud security practices: IAM, secret management, network policies, and LATAM regulatory considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, deployment automation, and continuous improvement of a regional cloud data platform with Terraform and GCP.
• Drive automated CI/CD pipelines for data transformations and analytical models.
• Package and maintain real-time credit scoring models as APIs (FastAPI/Docker) for seamless integration with decision engines.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align infrastructure with business goals and governance.
• Mentor engineers and foster knowledge sharing in automated data testing and cloud automation.
