BairesDev, a leading technology partner with over 15 years of experience, is seeking a Data Engineer (Databricks) to design and maintain scalable data pipelines in Databricks. You will bridge raw data and analytics-ready datasets, leveraging lakehouse architectures to ensure reliability and performance.

As a 100% remote global team member, you will work with PySpark/SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and collaborate with data scientists to empower advanced analytics and machine learning workloads.

Formación

• Experience building and optimizing data pipelines in Databricks.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with lakehouse architectures and ETL/ELT processes.
• Proficient in English, ability to collaborate with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end ETL pipelines using PySpark and SQL in Databricks.
• Build and optimize Bronze/Silver/Gold data layers per Medallion Architecture.
• Develop declarative pipelines and orchestrations for reliable deployments.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to provide clean data for analytics and ML.
• Ensure data integrity with monitoring, schema enforcement, and quality checks.
• Maintain and scale lakehouse environments for diverse data.
