Truelogic Software is seeking a meticulous Data QA Engineer to safeguard data integrity across complex enterprise ecosystems. You will validate ETL pipelines, migrations, and business logic before analytic consumption.

The role requires a strong SQL foundation, experience with test automation, and collaboration with DBAs and analysts to ensure data quality. This is a 100% remote position serving international clients.

Formación

• Advanced ability to write and execute complex SQL queries for data verification.
• Proven experience validating ETL/ELT data pipelines and data warehousing environments.
• Hands-on testing of database objects and structures with attention to data normalization.
• Experience documenting test plans, results, and defects in JIRA or TestRail.
• Hands-on experience with test automation in Python/Selenium or similar.
• Familiarity with non-functional testing using tools like Apache JMeter is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Validate ETL processes for accuracy, consistency, and completeness across pipelines.
• Test core database objects: stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions.
• Verify data migrations with complex SQL queries to ensure correctness.
• Test data pipelines and BI reports in Tableau/Power BI for accurate insights.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts for database regression and integration testing.
• Identify slow queries, analyze execution plans, and work with DBAs to tune performance.
• Track defects using JIRA or TestRail and promote data quality best practices across teams.
