BairesDev is seeking a Young Professional in Data Entry to join our global, fully remote team. In this role, you'll support data accuracy and integrity across internal systems while sharpening your attention to detail and organizational skills.

You'll input, update, and verify data, collaborate with multiple teams, and assist in preparing simple reports. This is a fantastic entry point into data management at a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in data management, administrative operations, or back-office roles.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with data management tools is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency at all times.
• Review and verify incoming data for completeness and correctness, flagging discrepancies for review.
• Assist in the organization and filing of digital records, keeping information accessible and properly structured.
• Collaborate with different teams to gather, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Support the preparation of basic reports and summaries based on available data.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing data quality and entry efficiency.
