Lean Solutions Group is seeking a CyberSecurity Manager to own and build the security program for a growing healthcare SaaS company. You will drive SOC 2 readiness and Type II, fortify AWS security, implement IaC with Terraform, and ensure HIPAA/PHI protection.

You will partner with Engineering on secure SDLC, vulnerability management, and CI/CD security, while leading incident response and customer security discussions. This is a remote LATAM-friendly role.

Formación

• 5–7+ years of cybersecurity experience with hands-on ownership.
• Experience securing AWS production environments.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform, and scripting for security automation.
• Experience with at least one SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, or similar audit from gap to report.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI security within SaaS environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the cybersecurity program and drive SOC 2 certification from readiness to Type II.
• Strengthen AWS cloud security including IAM, GuardDuty, Security Hub, Config, CloudTrail, KMS, VPC, WAF, and access controls.
• Build and automate security controls using Terraform and scripting.
• Manage compliance monitoring, evidence, policies, access reviews, and risk registers.
• Collaborate with Engineering to strengthen application security, Secure SDLC, vulnerability management, SAST/DAST, and CI/CD security.
• Maintain HIPAA security and PHI protection in a healthcare SaaS environment.
• Lead incident response planning, tabletop exercises, investigations, and remediation.
• Support security questionnaires, RFPs, audits, and customer-facing security conversations.
