Veta Virtual is seeking a Cloud & SaaS Operations Manager to oversee a global fintech/cryptocurrency client’s cloud workplace tech stack. You will lead SaaS administration, IAM, security, and automation, partnering with IT, Security, Compliance, and HR to maximize value and ensure compliance.

You will mentor IT support teams, drive adoption programs, and maintain resilient, scalable cloud services across LATAM and Europe in a 100% remote setup.

Formación

• 5+ years leading cloud-based workplace technology or IT infrastructure at scale.
• Deep expertise in M365 and Google Workspace administration.
• Strong IAM skills including SSO, MFA, and Entra in production.
• Experience designing enterprise automation programs and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead administration, optimization, and security of SaaS apps (M365, Google Workspace).
• Enforce IAM, SSO, MFA, conditional access, and least-privilege access.
• Apply Zero Trust principles across SaaS environments and ensure data protection.
• Develop automation using Power Automate, Zapier, PowerShell, Python, or APIs.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, IT, and HR to drive value and compliance.
