AgileEngine is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. This role requires coordinating briefs, timelines, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns with precision.

You will manage calendars, client communications, and campaign deployment across ESPs, while fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely delivery in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in campaign management, account management, or project management.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) required.
• Experience with a new client implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail.
• Ability to work directly in a client-facing role.
• Agency or corporate in-house agency experience.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements, ensuring exact needs are understood before build begins.
• Validate campaign briefs for completeness—audience, content, offer, timeline fully defined before development.
• Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and external partners; document outputs and actions.
• Own the marketing calendar for assigned clients; track milestones and risks, keep plans current.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign status, delivery, and escalations.
• Oversee day-to-day processes including campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Manage deployment including data, segmentation, scheduling, and sending for loyalty clients.
• Submit and track campaigns in Workfront/Jira; maintain documentation standards.
• Support A/B and multivariate test planning; ensure structures are defined and executable.
• Identify process inefficiencies and improve operational workflow.
• Develop campaign and process documentation; create client-specific work instructions.
• Escalate risks and quality concerns to avoid missed SLAs.
• End of year success: campaigns execute on schedule, calendar is maintained, and client communication is proactive.
