Job summary

Remotebridge is seeking an Industrial Design CAD Expert for a remote, contractor role. You will review complex multi-part assemblies in FreeCAD format and craft precise, unambiguous questions and answers to train next‑gen AI systems.

Leveraging your mechanical engineering, aerospace, or industrial design background, you will interpret CAD drawings, document technical details, and contribute to high‑quality training content. Independent work and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical engineering, aerospace, or industrial design.
• Strong CAD knowledge.
• Ability to interpret multi-part assembly drawings, technical docs, and CAD files.
• Proven track record in technical documentation or assessment content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with FreeCAD or similar CAD software; FreeCAD is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet project expectations.
• Interest in supporting technical education, assessment, or AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Review complex multi-part CAD assemblies provided in FreeCAD format and analyze their design intent.
• Author clear, objective, and non-guessable technical questions with exact answers based on assemblies.
• Develop several unique questions per assembly covering structure, function, and relationships.
• Ensure clarity, precision, and unambiguity in questions and answers for AI training data requirements.
• Leverage expertise to identify key assembly features and technical nuances.
• Collaborate with project coordinators, providing feedback to improve processes.
