Gocreativestudios in Colombia is seeking a Business Analyst to collect, organize, and analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities. You will prepare reports and presentations with actionable recommendations for leadership to drive strategic decisions.

The role collaborates with different departments to understand needs and processes, and evaluates performance against KPIs. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives.

Competenze

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel required, experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
