Job Duck, LLC seeks a Bilingual Marketing Assistant to turn strategy into daily execution. You will create content, manage calendars, coordinate campaigns, and monitor performance across digital channels.

This remote role supports US-based clients. You’ll contribute to lead generation, branding, and client engagement using Canva, WordPress, GoHighLevel, and Google Workspace.

Must work PDT hours and communicate clearly.

Qualificações

• Bilingual written communication and grammar skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media, or related field.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Support digital marketing initiatives, content creation, social media management, and campaign coordination.
• Managing and maintaining content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
• Supporting paid advertising activities across Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Tracking marketing KPIs, identifying performance trends, and preparing accurate weekly and monthly reports.
• Creating and coordinating marketing content using Canva, WordPress, and AI-powered content creation tools.
• Maintaining accurate marketing and client information within GoHighLevel, Clio, or similar CRM platforms.
• Using Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Calendar to support daily marketing operations and team communication.
• Coordinating digital campaigns and ensuring marketing activities remain organized and up to date.
• Communicating professionally and clearly in written correspondence while maintaining strong grammar and attention to detail.
• Working independently, managing assigned priorities, and completing marketing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Handling occasional inbound and outbound calls as needed to support marketing and administrative activities.
