Bluelight is a leading software consultancy seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to join a fast-paced team. You will own deployment automation, cloud infrastructure, and security posture across production environments while collaborating on challenging projects for diverse clients.

The role requires 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong AWS expertise, and a proactive mindset. This position offers remote work options and competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and ECS/Fargate.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with deployment automation and rollback drills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Manage AWS infrastructure and security controls across production environments.
• Collaborate on design and implementation of multi-AZ PostgreSQL deployments with failover and replicas.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance and reliability of large-scale services.
• Support SOC 2 or similar audit evidence and client security reviews.
