YO HR Consultancy is seeking a remote Customer Service SME contractor to help create natural, human-enacted data for training speech-to-speech AI agents. You will participate in realistic scenarios, applying client communication, issue resolution, and CRM workflows to reflect real-world interactions with empathy and professionalism.

This hourly, remote role is ~15 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in customer service, 1+ year in AI

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of professional Customer Service experience with client communication and CRM.
• 1+ year of AI training or related AI tasks (data annotation, evaluation, model training).
• Excellent spoken English C1+ (verbal communication).
• Experience managing inquiries, complaints, service requests and escalations.

• Develop AI Training Content: create natural, human-enacted customer service conversations.
• Optimize AI Performance: evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure Model Integrity: test models for inaccuracies or biases across use cases.
