Blacksmith Agency is building an AI automation layer into every part of how we work. As AI Software Engineer at Blacksmith, you own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This is a builder role, not a research role.

You will not be training models, you will be building production systems on top of them. We seek a hands-on engineer who will implement agentic workflows, integrate with OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, and create internal tools that reduce manual hours across our design and development

Formación

• 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar agent frameworks.
• Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and cloud deployment.
• English proficiency for async work with a US-based team.

Responsabilidades

• Agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent frameworks.
• Integrations with Anthropic and OpenAI APIs including tool use and function calling.
• Internal tools that reduce manual hours across our design and development production process.
• Automation pipelines connecting WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace and our internal CMS.
• MCP server integrations as part of our broader AI stack.
