Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to audit AI-generated code and provide structured feedback. You will rate model responses, ensuring quality and correctness, and craft computational prompts to push AI capabilities. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential.

This is a freelance 1099 opportunity open to applicants in eligible Latin American countries. Remote work is supported with flexible hours up to 40 per week; competitive hourly pay with additional incentives may apply.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase, ideally for a tech company.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
