Job summary

Outlier is seeking QA Coders to audit AI-generated code and contribute to improving AI models from various Latin American countries, under a 1099 freelance arrangement. You will review, rate, and refine model outputs, with flexible, remote work and a pay rate up to $34/hour plus incentives.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, production codebase experience, and excellent English communication skills. Applicants from eligible countries in Latin America are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase at a tech company.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear prompts to challenge AI models and push coding boundaries.
