Outlier is seeking a QA coder to audit AI-generated code and improve model performance. You will review code produced by AI models, flag issues, and help guide improvements through clear prompts and evaluation criteria.

As a freelance 1099 contractor, you can work from anywhere. A Bachelor's in Computer Science and live production code experience are preferred, with strong English communication and meticulous attention to detail essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve model output.
• Write computer science questions and prompts to challenge AI models and advance coding capabilities.
