Outlier is seeking QA Coders to help improve AI models by reviewing AI-generated code and identifying quality issues. This freelance opportunity offers flexible, remote work with up to 40 hours per week and 1099 contract terms.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, have production code experience, and can communicate fluently in English. Applicants from multiple Latin American countries and beyond are welcome to apply.

Qualificações

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code: read code produced by AI models and flag errors using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses: score outputs across key dimensions to help improve model output.
• Write computer science questions: develop clear prompts that challenge AI models.
