Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Creative & Design Specialist (Contractor) to support a client project spanning graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will review AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training, ensuring adherence to professional design standards.

Paid experience in AI human-data work is required; mere use of AI tools is not sufficient. Remote, worldwide collaboration with a flexible schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• Strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• No formal degree required; practical creative experience is valued.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and readiness to begin promptly.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
