Job summary

Reer, Inc. is building the leading CAD agent with AI-Aided Design. We are seeking a Software Engineer for a contractor role (hybrid/remote) to join our core team in Colombia. You will design, develop, and scale the AI-powered CAD assistant alongside the founding team.

You will build the AI agent platform, CAD plug-ins, workflows, and integrations with top CAD platforms, owning features end-to-end and helping shape the architecture in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency in CAD APIs (RhinoCommon, Revit API, Fusion API, etc.).
• Proficiency in full-stack development (Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Strong foundation in CS fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agent platform to redefine human x AI collaboration in CAD.
• Develop CAD plug-ins, workflows, and integrations.
• Build mission-critical features for professional users and enterprise partners.
• Own problems end-to-end: contribute to architecture, review code, and move fast.
