Job summary

WarriorBabe, LLC is seeking an AI Automation Specialist who can independently identify, build, and own AI agents and automations that make our teams more effective. You will work directly with department leaders to understand processes, find opportunities, and turn business needs into practical, reliable solutions.

You will build with n8n, Claude, OpenAI, Python, and JavaScript; support other team builds; and take responsibility for the systems you create.

Qualifications

• Independent design, build, and ownership of production automations and AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with production workflows and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Claude, OpenAI, GLM, or other models for AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for integrations and logic.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, rate limits, and robust error handling.
• Clear communication with business leaders and documentation of work.

Responsibilities

• Find and own automation opportunities with department leaders.
• Design, build, test, and improve AI agents and workflows.
• Develop integrations and data workflows across tools and data sources.
• Monitor reliability, retries, logging, alerts, and recovery.
• Document changes, architecture, and support details; ensure security of credentials.
