Lite Thinking company is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Agent Developer to design and build enterprise agent-based systems using Python, Java, and .NET. You will deploy production-ready, scalable AI agents with LLM-based pipelines, RAG, and observability.

The role emphasizes producing secure, observable architectures, integrating with MCP and A2A protocols, and working across LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and vector databases to deliver enterprise-ready AI solutions for the US market.

Formación

• Must have 2+ years in agent-based AI or related LLMSolutions.
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with Semantic Kernel and enterprise AI frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Build agent-based workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and enterprise frameworks.
• Integrate models from major providers and implement RAG architectures.
• Ensure observability and security using OpenTelemetry and MCP integration.
• Containerize and deploy solutions with Docker and Kubernetes.
