Greystar is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to mentor on-site service teams and ensure policy compliance while presenting recommendations to owners and senior leadership. You will help develop scopes of work, manage vendor relationships, and analyze properties for capital needs and budgets.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance inspections, overseeing HVAC/electrical/plumbing repairs, coordinating training, supporting the RPM with budgeting, evaluating suppliers, and assisting in

• Experience leading on-site maintenance teams and managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Strong ability to mentor staff, train teams, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Excellent budgeting, vendor evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site maintenance staff in diagnosing problems and scheduling repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, manage training workshops, and track registrations in the LMS.
• Assist RPM with annual budgeting and provide subject matter expertise for maintenance items.
• Evaluate suppliers on quality, service, and pricing and support interview processes for supervisory roles.
• Coordinate associate training, coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Perform additional duties as directed.
