Job summary

Adidas is seeking a Senior Manager for Partner Program Integrations to oversee the LAM portfolio and maximise revenue growth across six markets. The role focuses on prioritising projects, securing resources, and delivering on-time integrations with cross-functional teams in Colombia and beyond.

You will design governance, translate business priorities into roadmaps, and drive automation of operations while leading a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading digital marketplace integration programs in a regional scope.
• 5+ years of professional experience in business administration or industrial engineering.
• Proven experience owning multi-project digital integration portfolios with net sales accountability.
• Direct people management experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present to stakeholders at all levels in person or remotely.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional Partner Program integration roadmap across 6 LAM markets.
• Lead annual prioritisation cycles and business case submissions to secure resources.
• Design governance frameworks and track progress, risks, and budget.
• Assess feasibility and translate priorities into structured roadmaps with sequencing.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure regional resources for delivery.
• Provide market insights to refine the global Partner Program framework.
• Run a best-in-class PMO to deliver integrations on time and in full.
• Pursue automation and innovative integration capabilities in line with marketplace trends.
• Define go-live requirements and validate readiness across teams.
