This full-time hybrid position involves managing the recruiting process, enhancing candidate experience, and employing innovative sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of recruiting experience, is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and comes from a startup or fintech background.

We are in need of an exceptional Recruiter to join our Global People Team. This role will have the opportunity to scale global recruiting processes as well as own the roadmap for candidate experience and will report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition. Our ideal candidate will have come from a Fintech or Technology/Software company and have start-up experience. They must be tech savvy and have versatile recruiting experience and knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent. This person must be able to facilitate full cycle recruiting, including source talent through deep internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, referrals, manage the candidate experience, quarterly goals, and partner with hiring managers effectively to create the recruiting strategy for each role and meet hiring needs.
Location: This role is based out of Bogotá, Colombia, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in the Parque de la 93 area. #LI-HYBRID
