Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Accounting, RTR, Financial Reporting, or Shared Services operations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, financial controls, compliance, and process improvement.
• Experience with SAP ERP and multiple SAP modules.
• Proven experience leading large teams (+100 resources) and managing complex global operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership and multinational clients.
• Ability to work independently, drive strategic initiatives, and lead organizational change.
• Advanced English proficiency required; additional language requirements may vary by client.
• Flexibility to support client holidays, extended hours, on-call activities, and occasional international travel.

10+ years of experience in Accounting, RTR, Financial Reporting, or Shared Services operations.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, financial controls, compliance, and process improvement.

Experience with SAP ERP and multiple SAP modules.

Proven experience leading large teams (+100 resources) and managing complex global operations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
