Job summary

ATAIN is seeking a diligent MI Reporting Specialist for its Colombia operations to maintain staffing optimals, plan effectively, and track historical data. The role involves creating monthly and ad-hoc reports, coordinating with clients, and developing new MI modules.

You will ensure SLA/TAT goals are met and support real-time interval staffing analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with MS Office and Excel automation, and comfortable with rotating shifts in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office and spreadsheet.
• Experience in automation in MS-Excel Reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Access, IEX; an added advantage.
• Adaptable to rotating shifts.
• Capable of working under deadlines and changing environments.
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Numeric and abstract mindset for logic solving.

Responsibilities

• Generating and publishing reports: Hourly, Daily, Monthly.
• Creating reports and templates per process requirements.
• Communicating with end-user clients daily.
• Designing and establishing new MI reporting modules.
• Meeting SLAs and TAT of MI reporting.
• Ensuring interval staffing compliance through real-time and trend analysis.
• Controlling scheduling and Adherence.
